Located in Willoughby, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and operating out of a 22,000 square foot facility.
Currently utilizing 4,000 square feet for office and engineering, 8,000 square feet for the manufacturing of tooling, 7,500 square feet for pattern injection and assembly and 2,500 square feet for inspection including CMM and White Light.
Trucast employs a professional and dedicated staff which includes office personnel, engineers and toolmakers. Our staff works closely with customers to design and manufacture safe, dependable tooling to their specific quality standards.
Trucast is attentive to our customer's needs and has expanded to better serve them with capabilities in wax pattern injection, pattern finishing, assembly, and manufacturing of complete "dip ready" clusters.
